Joseph serves as music director for multiple organizations in the Seattle area, including the Norwegian Ladies Chorus of Seattle; Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, SeaTac; and the Tukwila School District. Joseph holds a master’s degree in choral conducting and a bachelor’s degree in music education and serves as Co-Chair of the Racial Equity Committee of the Northwest Girlchoir and R&R Chair of Community Choir of the Washington Choral Director Association.

Joseph has studied and presented Mandarin and Cantonese choral music and ethnomusicology implementation in secondary music education with a strong interest in world music, especially Chinese and Norwegian choral music.
